The unit provides a standard-size stainless-steel grinding plate (4-1/2 mm/.018-inch) and a 2-1/4-inch extruder tube to ensure fast, easy feeding. In the unlikely event of a jam, just flip the control switch from "forward" to "reverse" to safely unblock the grinder. For added versatility, the machine provides a sausage-stuffing kit, complete with three sausage stuffers and a guide disk, for making a variety of delicious, homemade meals for family and friends. Other highlights include a re-settable motor-overload protection switch, extremely quiet operation, a small footprint of only 7 by 8 inches, and an integrated handle for convenient transport to and from storage. The meat grinder measures 13-2/5 by 8-2/7 by 15-2/3 inches and carries a two-year limited warranty.
