The APC Low Voltage Power Management Unit (PMU) is a unique solution for field cabinets that require low voltage DC power support. With its innovative combined AC/DC voltage, the solution supports AC powered devices as well as 48Vdc and 24Vdc devices. This model also features a ruggedized design for wide temperature operation, high humidity and pollution tolerance, configurable embedded network management card for convenient remote monitoring and control, and I/O connectors for a safer, more efficient and less costly installation.

AC/DC Voltage Design
The solution supports AC powered devices as well as 48Vdc and 24Vdc devices. As DC power is inherently safer than AC power, the solution provides a low voltage option that greatly reduces the risk of electrical shock from high voltage AC power transmission in the event a pole or cabinet is damaged due to accident or storm. -
Easier and Faster Service and Maintenance
Connectorized AC I/O simplifies the system at every level by eliminating the need for hardwiring into equipment, enabling safer, more efficient and less costly installation and replacement, while a replaceable fan and filter ease unit maintenance.
