Item is in stock
The Item is in stock beside a product means that it is currently in stock and will be shipped out as soon as your order is processed. Please note that sometimes your order may be placed after we have sold out of an item, but before our site has been updated. In that case, we will notify you by email informing you that the product has sold out and we will give you an approximate time of arrival of new inventory.
The following is our normal shipping schedule:
- Credit Card Orders received before 12 pm ET on a business day will usually be processed that same day.
- Credit Card Orders received after 12 pm ET on a business day will usually be processed the following business day.
- Orders received on weekends and holidays will usually be processed on the following business day.
If, for any of the following reasons, we are unable to ship your order, we will send you an email message informing you of the reason(s):
- we are unable to obtain authorization for the credit card number provided;
- the information on your order form was incomplete or incorrect;
- the product(s) that you ordered have become sold out or backordered and we were unable to update the Site before you placed your order.
If a return email address is incorrect on your order form, we will be unable to contact you by email. We will attempt to contact you by phone.
Item is BackOrdered
When the words "backorder" appears on a catalog page, it means that we've temporarily run out of the product. While we have more on order, we are still waiting for the shipment to arrive. Most backorders are resolved in less than a week (sometimes as quickly as 24 hours), but some items do take longer before they're back in inventory.
You can still order an item that is backordered, simply by placing it in your shopping cart. We will acknowledge receipt of your order immediately and give some idea of when we expect more stock. When the product comes in, it is always shipped out on FIFO (First In, First Out) basis. This means that the first person to place an order gets the first copy to arrive . . . and so forth.
As always, you can cancel your backorder at any time before you receive notification that it has been shipped to you. And to ensure that you don't suddenly get a product you may no longer want or a product you'd forgotten all about a month after you placed the order, we always reconfirm backorders prior to shipment if the order was placed more than a week earlier.
In the event that a backorder product is not the only item on your order, the in stock item(s) will ship separately unless otherwise specified. You will not be charged for the backorder product until it is ready to ship. Upon the availability of the backorder product, it will be shipped to you via budget shipping (applicable shipping charges apply). International and wholesale customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes, and surcharges (if applicable) on all backorder product(s).
Item on Pre-Order
We are currently accepting pre-orders for the item listed.
Release dates are listed on the catalog page for each item, and are subject to Change. All pre-orders are shipped automatically within 2 business days that they are received. There is no need for a confirmation message.
In the event that a pre-order product is not the only item on your order, the in-stock item(s) will ship separately. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order is shipped. Upon the availability of the pre-order product, it will be shipped to you via budget shipping at no additional shipping charge if you live within the United States. International and wholesale customers are responsible for applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes, and surcharges (if applicable) on all pre-order item(s).
